House System

Whose House? 

To bring our Core Values to life, each grade level at Westlawn is divided into two houses:

• 6th Grade: Success (Pod 1) and Kindness (Pod 2)

• 7th Grade: Integrity (Pod 1) and Perseverance (Pod 2)

• 8th Grade: Service (Pod 1) and Structure (Pod 2)

Our house system is a fun and effective way to build community and teamwork. Students in each house collaborate, support one another, and compete in friendly challenges—earning points along the way. By interacting with peers across grade levels, students strengthen both their social and academic skills. Each month, houses participate in House Games for the chance to win the HOUSE CUP for their pod, fostering pride, camaraderie, and school spirit.
