House System

Whose House? 

To effectively and intentionally implement our Core Values, each grade level has two houses that students are placed in. 
6th Grade: Success (Pod 1) and Kindness (Pod 2)
7th Grade: Integrity (Pod 1) and Perseverance (Pod 2)
8th Grade: Service (Pod 1) and Structure (Pod 2)

Our house system is an effective strategy used to divide students into teams, or houses, and create a sense of community. The house system is intended to improve students' social and academic lives by allowing them to interact with peers from other grade levels. Students in each house work together to earn points, support each other, and compete against other houses. Houses may compete in sports or other activities, which can help foster group loyalty. Students are able to participate in our House Games each month for the chance to take home the HOUSE CUP to their pod.
