Becoming a part of the WMS Theatre Program means diving into a world of creativity and imagination! Students get to explore a variety of roles, whether they are acting on stage, designing sets, or handling costumes and makeup. By working together, they will learn how to transform scripts into captivating performances, practice their roles, and showcase their talents in school plays, assemblies, and special events. Theatre is a fantastic way to meet new friends, develop acting and technical skills, and shine in productions that highlight their progress each semester. Plus, it is the perfect place for students to express themselves and discover the joy of storytelling!

About Choir

Time: Afternoons (12:29-3:10 PM)

Welcome to Middle School Mixed Choir!

Open to all 6th-8th graders, this non-auditioned choir provides a welcoming space for students to explore and develop their musical talents. 

Through daily rehearsals, students will 

  • strengthen their vocal techniques, 

  • Learn the fundamentals of music theory

  • Build individual and ensemble performance skills. 

From understanding how to read music to practicing the art of harmonizing with others, this course offers a well-rounded musical experience.

Students will have the opportunity to perform in concerts and special school events, showcasing their hard work and progress. Choir is also about building connections—students will work together, creating a supportive and collaborative environment where they can bond over their shared love of singing. Whether you’re a more experienced performer or just starting out, this class is a great way to grow as a musician, meet new friends, and experience the joy of making music together.
