Falcon Stars put their coding, engineering, creativity, and problem-solving skills on full display during the Falcon Bytes End-of-Year Computer Science & Robotics In-School Showcase on Thursday, May 14! Throughout the day, students proudly demonstrated hands-on projects featuring CoDrone EDU, Sphero RVR+, and VEX Robotics systems while showcasing the real-world STEM skills they developed throughout the school year.

One of the biggest highlights of the event was the exciting VEX Mix and Match Showdown, where student teams competed using robots they designed, built, and programmed themselves. From autonomous coding to strategic gameplay, our students demonstrated teamwork, perseverance, innovation, and Falcon pride every step of the way. Families, staff, and visitors had the opportunity to experience engaging STEM learning in action while celebrating the incredible accomplishments of our Falcon Stars.

A special thank you to Ms. Quarles for her dedication and commitment to creating meaningful, hands-on learning experiences that continue to inspire innovation, critical thinking, collaboration, and student success at Westlawn!
